Contact Information and Notices

You can reach Ivory World, Lda. ("IVORY") by email. IVORY does not offer phone support. This page lists how to reach us for each subject, how to send us formal notices, and what to do in an emergency. One mailbox, care@ivory-therapy.com, serves every subject; please say in the subject line what your message is about. If you are looking for an answer about an order, our FAQ may already have it.

1. Who we are

  • Company: Ivory World, Lda. (a limited liability company), trading as "Ivory Therapy".
  • Tax and company number (NIPC): 516 906 739 (VAT number PT516906739).
  • Commercial registry: registered at the Commercial Registry (Conservatória do Registo Comercial) under the single registration and tax number 516 906 739.
  • Health care establishment (from 1 November 2026): from 1 November 2026, the psychology consultations will be provided by IVORY as a telemedicine unit registered with the Portuguese Health Regulatory Authority (ERS); see our Legal Notice.

2. Store (orders, deliveries, returns, gift cards)

  • Email: care@ivory-therapy.com
  • Support hours: working days, 10:00 to 18:00 (Lisbon time), excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Usual reply time: within 2 working days

Please include your order number. For returns, use the returns portal at https://returns.reveni.io/ivory-therapy; the procedure is in our Refund Policy. Please do not describe your symptoms or your situation by email or through the website contact form.

3. Psychology Services

  • Email: care@ivory-therapy.com
  • Consultations: by prior appointment, subject to the psychologists' availability.

Use this address for bookings, rescheduling and cancelling, invoices, proof of attendance, requests for access to your clinical record, and questions about the Terms for Online Psychology Services.

Please do not describe your symptoms or your situation by email. This address is for administrative matters only, it is not monitored continuously, and it is not suitable for emergencies. What you share in your sessions stays between you and your psychologist, under professional secrecy.

4. Privacy and data protection

  • Data Protection Officer: we have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; contact us about data protection at the email address above.

Use this address to exercise your rights over your personal data (access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent). See our Privacy Policy, Part D. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

5. Complaints

How complaints are handled is explained in our Legal Notice and in the Terms for Online Psychology Services.

6. Communications and notices

Written communications and notices addressed to IVORY must be sent by email to care@ivory-therapy.com, for the Store and for the Psychology Services. A notice is received on the date it reaches us; this does not limit any right you have as a consumer.

IVORY communicates with Clients through the email address given in the order, in the account or in the booking. Please keep it up to date. If you gave an emergency contact when booking, we use it only in an emergency.

From 1 November 2026, messages about the Psychology Services are sent only from care@ivory-therapy.com or the booking platform and never through our marketing email tool. The only exception is the Session Voucher email sent after a store order, which contains the voucher code and booking instructions; nothing about whether, when or how you use the voucher is ever sent through that tool. Messages about orders also come from this address.

7. Emergencies

IVORY does not provide urgent or emergency care or crisis intervention. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 112 (the European emergency number) or the emergency number of the country where you are. In Portugal you can also call SNS 24 on 808 24 24 24 (which has a psychological counselling option) and SOS Voz Amiga on 213 544 545. For other countries, see our SOS page. These are public helplines, not contacts of IVORY.

Email and the website contact form are not monitored continuously. Do not use them in an emergency.

8. Psychologists who want to work with us

If you are a psychologist and want to work with us, write to care@ivory-therapy.com. We ask for your professional registration (cédula) number to verify it with the Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, Part F.
