Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we at IVORY took exceptional measures to mitigate the risk of spreading the virus.

A single person handles the products that are shipped, and it is mandatory to wear gloves throughout the process.

Once sealed inside the package for shipment, the product is sent through one of our carriers, which scrupulously comply with the rules determined by the Government and Health Authorities.

The return of any product is accepted, being collected at the address by one of our carriers. When returned, these products are quarantined outside the warehouse.
