100.000 EUR GIVEAWAY Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer
1.1. The GIVEAWAY is organized by Ivory World, Lda ("Ivory," "Ivory Therapy," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Duration of the GIVEAWAY
2.1. The GIVEAWAY will be open for participation from 18.12.2024 to 18.01.2025.
2.2. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility
3.1. The GIVEAWAY is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
a) Are 18 years of age or older;
b) Are under 18 years of age but provide, upon winning, a signed authorization from their legal guardian(s) explicitly consenting to their participation in therapy sessions.

3.2. Participants must also:
a) Follow the official Ivory Therapy Instagram account (@ivory_therapy);
b) Like the GIVEAWAY post
c) Tag at least two friends in the GIVEAWAY post;
d) Share the GIVEAWAY post on their Instagram story tagging Ivory Therapy (@ivory_therapy).
3.3. Participants can only enter up to a maximum of 6 times by tagging two additional friends in each comment. Each comment with two newly tagged friends counts as one entry.

4. Prizes
4.1. Six (6) winners will each receive the following:
a) 100€ worth of clothing per month, of your choice (subject to stock availability), for ten (10) years, provided in the form of a discount code or gift card every month.
b) One (1) online therapy session with an Ivory clinical psychologist per month for ten (10) years.
4.2. The online therapy sessions are intended for the winner’s use but may be gifted to someone of their choice. Once assigned, the sessions are non-transferable and must be used exclusively by the selected individual.
4.3. If the price of therapy sessions or clothing changes during the 10-year period, the value and scope of the prize will remain unchanged.

*Note: The 10 years of free clothing and free online therapy for six (6) winners bring the total value of the GIVEAWAY to 100.000€.

5. Additional Prize Conditions

5.1. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, other services, or products.
5.2. The prizes cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.
5.3. Winners are responsible for scheduling their monthly therapy sessions and redeeming their clothing allowance as directed by Ivory.
5.4. Both the clothing allowance (100€) and the online therapy sessions are not accumulable. If a winner does not use the clothing allowance or attend their therapy session in a given month, those benefits for that month will be forfeited.

6. Winner Selection
6.1. Six (6) Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries after the GIVEAWAY period ends (18.01.2025 23:59 GMT).
6.2. The winners will be announced on Ivory Therapy's official Instagram account (@ivory_therapy) and will be contacted directly through Instagram Direct Message within seven (7) days after the GIVEAWAY closes.
6.3. Winners must respond to the announcement within five (5) days to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within this period, Ivory reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. General Conditions
7.1. Ivory reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is deemed fraudulent.
7.2. Ivory is not responsible for any issues related to internet connectivity, technical failures, or errors that may prevent participation in the GIVEAWAY.
7.3. Participation in the GIVEAWAY constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Liability
8.1. Ivory is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in the GIVEAWAY or acceptance of the prizes.

9. Privacy
9.1. By entering the GIVEAWAY, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data (e.g., Instagram handle) solely for the purposes of managing and administering the GIVEAWAY in accordance with Ivory’s Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law.
10.2. Any disputes arising in connection with the GIVEAWAY shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

11. Amendments and Cancellation
11.1. Ivory reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the GIVEAWAY at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
