How do I contact customer support?
You can reach our customer service team via email at care@ivory-therapy.com or through the contact form on our website. We aim to respond within 24 hours (only on business days).

How does purchasing a clothing item help with mental health?
Each clothing item you purchase from us comes with a complimentary therapy session. This is part of our mission to make mental health support accessible to everyone.
Can I schedule a therapy session even if I haven’t bought a piece?
Yes! We offer direct contact with our team of psychologists, and you can either reply to our “Find My Psychologist” form and be matched, or you can select your psychologist yourself.
How do I book my complimentary therapy session?
After your purchase, you'll receive instructions via email on how to book your session through our online platform. We have a team of licensed psychologists ready to support you.
Can I continue with the same therapist after using my complimentary session?
Absolutely! You can continue therapy with the same therapist by booking additional sessions directly on our platform.
Can I donate my complimentary therapy session?
Yes, you can. If you feel someone else may benefit more from the session, you are able to forward the link to them OR donate it back to our community pool, which goes to individuals who are in dire need of mental health support.
Who are the therapists?
Therapists on Ivory Therapy are credentialled, trained, and experienced Practitioner Psychologists. Therapists must have a relevant academic degree in their field, and have to be qualified and accredited by their respective professional organization after successfully completing the necessary education, exams, training, practice, and ongoing supervision requirements.
Are the therapy sessions available in multiple languages?
Yes, we offer therapy sessions in multiple languages to accommodate our diverse community. You can select your preferred language when booking your session.
How can I find the perfect psychologist for me?
When going through any of our processes to schedule a therapy session, you will be taken to a simple form where we will ask you preference questions in order to best match you to one of our team members.
Can I change psychologist if I’m already doing therapy?
Yes! You can always switch therapists by simply choosing to book with another therapist.
How will I communicate with my psychologist?
Your therapy sessions will usually be online on video calls, but you can talk with your therapist and make them the way you feel most comfortable.
What if I miss my scheduled therapy session?
If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss your session without notice, you may lose that session without a refund.
How many therapy sessions can I book with Ivory Therapy?
You are free to book as many sessions as you need. We aim to provide continuous support to all our clients.
What type of therapy modalities are offered?
Our psychologists are trained in various approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and more. You can discuss the best approach for you with your psychologist.
How does Ivory guarantee the privacy and security of personal information?
There is no audio or video recording of your calls. All your information is protected by encryption and is not shared with third parties under any circumstances. Your payments are made on encrypted pages.
How will I pay for my Ivory Therapy sessions?
All payments will be made inside Ivory Therapy platform either by credit or debit card, or PayPal.
Who will invoice my therapy sessions?
If you need invoices from your sessions you need to request them directly to your therapist.
Restock
When do you restock?
We restock every two weeks. You have the option to NOTIFY WHEN AVAILABLE, which you will find on the product description so you don't run out. If you can't find the product on the web, it's because it's out of stock and we don't produce it anymore 🙏
Orders
Are your products eco-friendly or sustainably sourced?
Yes! We are committed to sustainability. Our clothing is made from ethically sourced materials, and we strive to minimize our environmental impact.
What payment method do we accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. You can also pay with Klarna (buy now, pay later), or MB Way and Multibanco.
Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
If you are one of the lucky ones who has a discount code, take advantage of it! This should be included at the beginning of the checkout. However, you can’t use more than one discount code in your purchase, and discount codes can’t be applied to items on sale.
Can I modify my order?
Once you have placed your order and been charged, we cannot modify the components. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but you will have to wait until you receive it and process it through our return and exchange portal.
Can I cancel my order?
Requesting a cancellation is not possible. By completing your purchase, you agree to our terms of use. We are sorry for the inconvenience. You will have to wait to receive it and process it through our return & exchange portal. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Can I personalize my products?
Currently, we don’t offer personalization options, but it’s something we are considering for the future!

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we deliver across Europe! Shipping fees vary by country.
How soon will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch orders within one business day from the time they are placed. **This doesn't include Pre Order Sales
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location. Expect 2-3 business days for Portugal and Spain, 3-4 business days for the European Union and most of the USA, and 3-9 business days for other international destinations.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and courier details to monitor your shipment's journey.
I’m unable to locate my package. Who should I contact?
If you encounter any issues with tracking your package via the courier’s website, please get in touch with our customer service team.
Are there any additional charges for international orders?
For orders within the European Union, all taxes and duties are included, so there are no extra costs. Outside the European Union, you may be liable for local import taxes and duties upon arrival in your country. We cannot estimate these charges, and they are the customer’s responsibility.

We have a detailed sizing chart available on our website and a helpful form to assist you in selecting the perfect size. All models are oversized so please take that in consideration.

What is your return policy?
You have 60 days to return your items. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received.

Can I return an item?

Unfortunately, no. Orders outside the European Union are final.
Can I return two or more pieces in one package?
If from the same order? Yes, there’s no problem with returning two orders in the same package. Please contact us with all the details.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
We recommend signing up for our back-in-stock notifications or exploring our other designs. If an item is part of a pre-order, it will be clearly stated, along with the expected wait time.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location and will be estimated at checkout. For pre-ordered items, please expect a longer delivery window as stated in the product description.
Can I change or cancel my order?
